CHIANTI CLASSICO DOCG
The must, obtained after destemming and lightly pressing the grapes, is introduced into steel tanks with a controlled temperature of 25-28°C where, for a timeframe varying between 15 and 20 days, the spontaneous alcoholic fermentation (without the use of added exogenous yeast) and the consequent maceration of the peels will take place, after the malolactic fermentation which occurs in cement tubs.
A resting period of 15 months in Slavonian oak barrels of 54 hl.
Intense ruby red, tart notes of cherry, typical of the wine variety with floral and vanilla accents. Upon entering the mouth, it is velvety and enveloping with thick, round tannin and a pleasant alcohol taste. It has good structure and excellent balance with a long, abundant finish.
